Scroll the Qur’an on an iPhone in dark mode. The feed shows Ash-Sharh 94:5 in Arabic, with the English “With hardship comes ease.” beneath it. Buttons for recitation, likes, notes, sharing and reporting sit on the right, and a tab bar runs along the bottom.

What do you get?

Everything you need to actually read the Qur’an, day after day.

  • Scroll the Qur’an

The whole Qur’an, one ayah at a time. Read it as easily as any feed on your phone, in Arabic and English.

  • Hear every ayah

Tap play and hear any ayah recited. Every ayah has a recitation, right beside the Arabic and the English.

  • Follow a plan

Start a reading plan, or build your own. Your streak and your khatm progress show where you are, and what’s next.

  • Go to any ayah

Pick the surah and the ayah, and the feed opens right there, in seconds.

Questions, answered

Before you download.

The honest answers to what people ask first.

Is it really free?

The download is free. You can start with a 7-day free trial of the whole app, and after that it is a yearly plan. Apple shows the price in your own currency before you confirm anything. To pay nothing, cancel in your iPhone settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

I already have a Qur’an app.

Keep it, if it works for you. Scroll the Qur’an is built like a feed: one ayah at a time, in Arabic and English, with a recitation for every ayah. It’s the Qur’an in the format your thumb already knows.

I don’t have time.

You have two minutes. Open it the way you’d open any feed, read a few ayat, and get on with your day. Use it in place of a scroll you already do, instead of adding a new habit.

I don’t read Arabic.

Every ayah shows an English translation under the Arabic. Read both, Arabic only or English only, and hear the ayah recited as you follow along. The app gives you the text, the translation and the recitation. It does not give religious rulings; for questions about your religion, ask a qualified scholar.

I’ve tried reading the Qur’an before and stopped.

It’s easy to stop when you don’t know where to go next. Follow a reading plan, or just keep scrolling. Your streak and your khatm progress keep track for you, and there is always a next ayah waiting.

Is it the real Qur’an?

Yes. All 114 surahs and all 6,236 ayat, in Arabic with an English translation beside them. Nobody retypes or edits the text, and it is checked letter by letter before every release. No AI writes any of it.

Is this legit?

Fair question. Scroll the Qur’an is new, so there are no reviews to show you yet. What you can check today: a registered company, Boring Businesses, LLC, runs it; the app has no ads and no account; and what you read, save and write stays on your phone. Our Privacy Policy and Terms are public.
